Which feed formats and protocols does the API support?

The REST API accepts JSON requests. Catalog imports are handled through CSV feeds or the native Shopify and Prestashop connectors. Complete technical documentation is provided to every client as soon as the account is activated.

Is the integration compatible with our existing ERP and BI tools?
